No Drama
I'm all for in game drama as long as it doesn't spill out into the OOC community. We're all adults here, so this should be a no-brainer. If you have beef with another player please settle it in your own way and don't ruin the fun for the rest of us. Thanks.


No Godmodding
This probably goes without saying but, please remember when threading that you are writing for your character only. It's not really fair to steal the thunder of the other player by deciding their actions for them. Remember also not to reveal any information you learn from the OOC community during a thread. You may have read up on a character from their profile but that does not mean that your character knows everything about them now.


Character limit
Each player is allowed 4 characters max. This might change depending on the amount of players as the game progresses but for the time being 4 is what I am allowing. Please try to spread your characters out, in other words don't have all 4 in one occupation it wouldn't be fair to the other players.


Characters 18 and over
When placing a hold and creating your Character, make sure that your PB is 18 or over. It's nothing against people that want to play a juvenile but logically there wouldn't be any high school students at the Society. Also think about the occupation your character is going to have, it's not really logical that your character would be a full blown archaeologist at 18. Just food for thought. Also please try to incorporate your characters name into your user name somehow, it cuts down on confusion.


Posting
Actually posting a thread is a must in this game, not all of us want to just use AIM. Please be sure to post something to the OOC community within a week of being accepted to the game and post a thread in the RPG community within your first 2 weeks of being excepted. When posting to your characters journal please post in first person. When posting in a thread in the RPG please post in the 3rd person. When posting a thread please put the standard

And then put the body of the entry under a cut. If your not familiar with the code for making a cut just ask. Try to make your posts in the threads at least 2 paragraphs, it sucks to be the one doing most of the writing and the other player is only giving a few lines at a time. I'm not saying you have to write a novel, but just think of the other player when responding, do you really want to annoy them with an itty bitty response? **Important: NO ONE LINE RESPONSES IN A THREAD**


Spelling/Grammar
I'm guilty of making a lot of grammar errors so I'm not going to be a Nazi about it, just try to double check before you post a comment or thread. It can get annoying to the other players if you make a lot of mistakes. But I won't be hunting down any incorrect grammar, so in short I'm pretty laid back about it.

Activity
I'm not a huge stickler for activity but I think if 3 weeks go by and you can't find the time to post a reply to a thread or post a new journal entry, your probably too busy to be a part of the game. If you need to go on hiatus just tell me, I have no problem with that at all. But if three months go by and your still on hiatus I think it's fair to remove you from the game. Remember that when your in a thread and your don't post any responses for weeks at a stretch the other player is left hanging, and that's really no fun. Believe me I understand that real life takes precedent but I think this is not an unreasonable rule. If you are removed due to inactivity and you want to re-apply after you get some free time back I am cool with that.


Slash/Het
I don't care what sexuality you make your characters, gay, straight, bi, it's all good with me. Remember for the sake of the other players that if you intend to make a post that is going to get hot and heavy to rate it properly.


Have Fun
This is my first time modding so I really want this to be a fun experience. This game is all about adventure and mystery. Be really creative. I am always open to suggestions, questions, anything at all. I will do my best to make sure this game rivals all the others out there .
